• Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture
• Prompts and Generated Code: The text prompts you submit and the code generated in response
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including feature usage and generation counts
• Technical Information: Browser type, device information, IP address, and access times (collected automatically by Cloudflare)

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your code generation requests
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse

3. Data Storage & Infrastructure

Your data is stored and processed using Cloudflare infrastructure:

• Cloudflare Workers: Serverless edge computing for API requests
• Cloudflare D1: SQLite database for user data and generations
• Cloudflare KV: Key-value storage for sessions and caching

Cloudflare provides enterprise-grade security with global edge distribution. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Vemotion AI:

• Google OAuth: For authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected during sign-in. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Gemini AI: For AI-powered code generation. Your prompts are processed by Google's AI services. Gemini API Terms
• Cloudflare: For hosting, CDN, database, and security services. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Remotion: For browser-based video preview (client-side only, no data sent to Remotion). Remotion Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Specifically:

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Generated Code: Retained in your account until you delete it
• Prompts: May be retained for service improvement (anonymized)
• Usage Logs: Retained for up to 30 days

After account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request export of your data in a portable format

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function:

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

8. Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

• All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Data at rest is encrypted in Cloudflare D1
• Authentication via Google OAuth (we don't store passwords)
• Cloudflare DDoS protection and WAF

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in various locations worldwide through Cloudflare's global edge network and Google's AI services. By using our Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

Vemotion AI is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide a more prominent notice.
